These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Christis: Lust Panic Button ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Christis is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for how you use the App and for any content you create or input while using it.

2. No Professional Advice

Christis is intended as a spiritual aid and personal devotional tool.

The App does not provide professional, psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. The scripture and prayers presented are intended to offer comfort and encouragement, but they are not a substitute for professional counseling. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional.

3. User Content

The App allows you to add personal scripture entries.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you use in the App and that such content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Christis offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock unlimited access to the panic room and all app features. The following subscription plans are available:

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at the time of purchase confirmation.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

Refunds: All purchases are subject to the terms and refund policies of the applicable app store platform. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. Any questions regarding billing or refunds should be directed to Apple or Google.

Subscription prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free from errors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be made available at the same URL, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
